Operations Manager (Procurement & Logistics), E-commerce — end-to-end ownership of the supply chain and day-to-day operations of a fast-growing online retail business. A genuinely hands-on role: inventory, operational purchasing, orders, suppliers, shipping partners and 3PL warehouses, alongside process leadership — automation, KPIs and building the operational infrastructure that makes scale possible. Includes operational negotiation and SLA tracking with local and overseas suppliers, ownership of the operational systems (Shopify, Zoho CRM/ERP), SKU setup and logistics reporting, demand and purchase planning against sales data, and cross-functional coordination with marketing, product and customer service.
