Junior Monetization Designer — a creative role on an in-house game design team, shaping in-game experiences that drive player enjoyment, retention and monetization. The work covers designing promotions, offers, popups and UI elements in Figma and Photoshop, partnering with product managers on intuitive monetization flows, using AI-assisted design tools to speed up production, and keeping a consistent visual identity across seasonal events and special campaigns. Includes contributing ideas in brainstorming sessions for new features, offers and player engagement loops.
