Operating with an agile, entrepreneurial mindset, we value speed, quality, innovation and a highly human-centric approach to modern recruitment. **The Role** We are looking for a driven Freelance Recruiter to join us on an hourly, flexible basis (10–20+ hours per week, remote-friendly) and supercharge our sourcing and recruitment operations. You will identify and engage high-potential talent for complex tech and non-tech positions, review resumes, run initial phone screens and keep our candidate pipelines moving. Open to experienced freelancers, students in relevant fields, or anyone between roles who wants meaningful recruiting work on their own schedule. **Description** • Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and Boolean search logic to discover passive candidates on LinkedIn and alternative networks. • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate motivation and alignment with client needs. • Manage and continuously update our internal database to ensure seamless tracking and accuracy of candidate pipelines. • Coordinate interview processes and maintain highly professional, transparent communication with candidates throughout their journey. • Conduct market research and talent mapping across technical and non-technical domains. • Give the best possible experience to our candidates and partners. **Requirements** • Availability for 10–20+ hours per week on a freelance / hourly basis, with a flexible schedule. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with people over the phone and in writing. • High level of self-discipline, organization and the resilience required to thrive in a results-driven environment. • Full professional proficiency in both English and Hebrew, verbal and written. • Previous experience in sourcing, recruitment coordination or a client-facing role — significant advantage. • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or project-management tools — advantage. • Bachelor's degree (or current studies) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field — advantage.
