The Role
A junior developer role inside a small in-house technology team, building and maintaining the internal systems the business runs on. You will work on automation, integrations and AI-assisted processes, with close mentoring from the team lead and direct exposure to how the whole company operates. Suited to someone early in their career who learns fast and ships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal business systems, automation flows and integrations between tools.
- Embed AI models (LLMs, NLP, computer vision) into day-to-day operational tools to streamline processes.
- Build REST APIs and connect internal and external data sources.
- Work directly with teams across the company, learning new technologies and putting them into production.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.
- Strong Python, with OOP and design-pattern fundamentals.
- Practical machine-learning exposure — a final project or academic experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow or OpenCV.
- REST API development (e.g. FastAPI) and SQL / NoSQL databases.
- Comfortable in Linux, working with Git/GitHub.
