We are a fast-growing B2C entertainment startup building a mobile-first streaming product for on-demand viewing. We pair original content with a data- and AI-led discovery experience, and we are scaling quickly with a large and growing international audience.

The Role: An analytical storyteller who bridges creative intuition and data. You will use audience data, market trends and performance analytics to help the production team decide which stories to tell, which genres to invest in, and how to reach the right global audience. Responsibilities: • Work closely with screenwriters, directors, producers and creative teams to shape high-impact concepts for specific target audiences. • Track the global short-form scripted entertainment landscape to spot trends, emerging sub-genres and shifts in viewer behavior. • Analyze the performance of released productions: what worked, what didn't, and how those lessons feed future planning. • Design and maintain dashboards and reports that translate complex metrics into clear visuals for creative partners. • Stay ahead of industry shifts such as international co-productions, short-form scripted content and evolving distribution strategies. • Build detailed audience personas for scripted projects using internal and third-party data. Requirements: • Background in content strategy, media research, agency planning, or a data-focused role within entertainment. • Real passion for scripted film and TV, and the ability to explain why specific content works creatively and commercially. • Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting data-heavy findings to creative stakeholders without losing them in jargon. • Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables) required. Advantages: • Experience with Tableau, Power BI or Looker. • Bachelor's degree in Cinema/Media Studies, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
