Product Lead
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Product Lead to own the development, performance, and
evolution of our games. This role combines strong product thinking with deep execution,
data analysis, and close collaboration with design, development, analytics, and marketing.
You will take full ownership of product decisions from concept through launch and
optimization, with a clear focus on player experience, engagement, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
● Own product features and initiatives end to end, from ideation and definition
through launch and iteration.
● Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with company goals.
● Write clear and detailed product documentation including PRDs, user flows,
wireframes, and user stories.
● Define success metrics and A/B tests for new features.
● Analyze post-launch performance using usage data, KPIs, and player behavior,
and iterate to improve results.
● Prioritize backlogs and manage development scope in collaboration with
engineering teams.
● Work closely with Game Design, R&D, Analytics, Marketing, and Monetization to
ensure smooth execution.
● Identify opportunities to improve player experience, retention, and revenue
across the product.
● Own ongoing maintenance, optimization, and evolution of live features.
Requirements
● 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Lead in mobile gaming.
● Strong hands-on experience owning features through the full product lifecycle.
● Highly data-driven, with experience defining KPIs, running experiments, and
making decisions based on results.
● Excellent analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills with strong attention
to detail.
● Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments and taking full
ownership.
● Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
● Passion for games and building great player experiences.
