The Role

A hands-on senior user acquisition role owning large-scale paid campaigns across DSPs, SDK networks and rewarded video.

Responsibilities

Hands-on management of large-scale campaigns across multiple channels (DSPs, SDK networks and rewarded video).
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the mobile gaming industry, including publishers and marketing partners.
Develop, refine and implement user acquisition strategies.
Plan and oversee large marketing budgets; set up and optimize paid campaigns across platforms and channels to meet KPIs.
Work with the creative team to produce compelling assets.
Collaborate with Product, business analytics, BI and other cross-functional teams.
Monitor and analyze marketing data to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Build an efficient growth process across ongoing relationships; identify, plan, test and implement new acquisition channels.
Perform market research and analyze user behaviour to identify new trends and opportunities.
Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager or Media Buyer in the gaming industry.
A proven ability to lead projects with a positive, can-do attitude.
A sharp, creative thinker with a passion for marketing.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills — analyzing data, drawing conclusions and developing actionable recommendations.
Initiative and leadership capabilities.
Proficiency in Excel — a must.
Great communication and collaboration skills.
