The Role
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join the development team and own monetization features end-to-end — mechanics such as quests, daily missions, tournaments and reward loops that keep players engaged while driving platform revenue.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement monetization features end-to-end, taking ownership from concept to production.
- Build robust backend services using Node.js (Express / NestJS) with PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Create responsive, performant frontend components with React and TypeScript.
- Design and optimize database schemas and caching strategies for high-traffic applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers.
- Proactively identify technical issues and implement solutions.
- Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js (Express or NestJS) and React — a must.
- Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis, including optimization techniques.
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable TypeScript.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A strong ownership mentality and collaborative communication skills.
Advantages
- Experience with gaming platforms or real-time applications.
- Knowledge of advanced Redis patterns (pub/sub, Lua scripting, data structures, streams).
