The Role
As a Business Analyst you will lead analytics for the products in your domain and proactively guide business growth through data analysis and statistical research.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across business units (Product, CRM, Customer Support, VIP and others) to develop analyses and documentation collaboratively.
- Research user behaviour on an ongoing basis, establishing baselines and identifying anomalies.
- Create data reports, dashboards and presentations.
- Define project goals and KPIs and publish internal policies.
- Identify product solutions based on data analysis and business impact.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a B2C online or gaming environment.
- Strong SQL, with experience querying large, complex data sets from multiple sources.
- Experience with BI visualization tools (Looker / Tableau).
- Experience with cloud environments (GCP / AWS).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Advantages
- Experience with Python (Pandas, SciPy, NumPy).
- Knowledge of A/B testing, including statistical methods.
