The Role
Run the day-to-day operation of monetization and product activity inside a live game through its admin system — setting up promotions, controlling game features, managing segmentation and keeping live tests healthy.
Responsibilities
- Set up, manage and operate campaigns in the game's admin system, including asset management and pricing configuration.
- Control the activation and deactivation of game features and events so they line up with campaign and product goals.
- Work closely with Monetization, Economy, R&D, BA and Product to execute promotions, events and live tests cleanly.
- Monitor live tests daily alongside QA to confirm campaign configurations behave correctly in production.
Requirements
- Technical background in operations, CRM, technical support, configuration, technical project management or a similar role.
- Highly detail-oriented, responsible and punctual, able to operate and learn several applications at once.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Analytical, comfortable working with large data sets.
- Strong team player in a goal-oriented environment, with a high work ethic.
- Able to manage several projects at once without losing attention to detail.
- Proficient spoken and written English — mandatory.
