The Role
Join the team responsible for the core elements of the platform — from the core economy through segmentation and advanced analysis tools to marketing expansion. You will use advanced statistics, machine learning and AI algorithms, leveraging both real and synthetic data.
Responsibilities
- Develop data science models to support production systems.
- Contribute to business decision-making and improve KPIs across various areas using advanced data analysis tools.
- Continuously monitor and improve model performance through testing and experimentation.
- Find creative and efficient solutions to complex data problems involving dynamics, causality, optimization, clustering and online learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including game economy, development and marketing to identify and implement data-driven solutions.
- Communicate findings, insights and innovations to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements and trends in data science and machine learning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of working experience in data science or machine learning.
- Experience with neural networks and deep learning — a must.
- Experience with time series data — a must.
- A BSc in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or Mathematics.
- Proficiency in programming using Python and version control.
- Proficiency in querying languages such as SQL.
- Strong experience in data analysis, statistical modeling and machine learning.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
